CENTRE FOR POLICE ADMINISTRATION, PANJAB UNIVERSITY, CHANDIGARH CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM 23rd to 27th November, 2021 The Centre for Police Administration and Department of Defence & National Security Studies, Panjab University in collaboration with UGC-HRDC, Panjab University organized a five days (i.e. 23rd -27th November, 2021) Capacity Building Programme for the Security Personnel of the Panjab University, Chandigarh. Prof. Anil Monga, Chairperson, Centre for Police Administration welcomed the Chief Guest, Prof. Devinder Singh, Chairperson, Department of Laws & Secretary to Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The Capacity Building Program has been inaugurated by Prof. Devinder Singh with his inaugural address.
