Centre for Police Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh Two minutes silence was observed on 30th January, 2023 (Martyrs’ Day) in the Committee room of the Centre for Police Administration in the memory of those who sacrificed their lives during struggle for India’s Freedom. The two minutes silence was observed from 11:00 a.m. to 11:02 a.m. Faculty Members, Research Scholars, Students & Office Staff of the Centre were present during the observance of silence.
